Who we are
Dreams Lab is a brand of The Dreams LLC ("we," "us"). These terms apply to all apps we publish. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our apps.
Your content
Anything you create or manage with our apps, like your photos, stays yours. We claim no rights to it. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own data.
Purchases, tips, and refunds
Purchases and tips are handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use our apps for anything illegal, to harm others, or to interfere with the apps or the App Store.
No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to make them reliable, but we make no guarantees that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Dreams LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of your country or state, including consumer protection laws in the EU, UK, and elsewhere.
Apple
Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content and has no obligation to provide support for them. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise.
